The course introduces Learners to the basics of business management and entrepreneurship. It will be divided into two major sections. The first section will introduce Learners to the field of entrepreneurship with the view to enhance their level of creativity and innovation in a competitive market within the scope of the Hospitality Sector. The second section will cover the principles of management, organization environment and functions of management.

It will enable the Learner to understand the process of starting, running and managing a business effectively and efficiently with the guidance of a business plan
